I originally purchased my Polaris ranger in 2016 and had no issues with the side by side. I needed a new tire as I punctured it on a job. Went to see if they had a tire. They did and I was in and out with new rubber in under an hour. Excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Took my bike in for its spring service and had a few surprises. Staff was great with regards to what was required and the timing. I received a phone call before, during and after service to make sure I was completely satisfied. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend GRPS.

Highly recommend Grand River Power Sports to anyone. The customer service at this dealership is second to no one. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very prompt at returning phone calls and emails. Everyone at the dealership is kind and you get acknowledged as soon as the staff sees you.I just purchased my second bike from GRPS and the transaction was as smooth as the first purchase that I had with them. The bike that I just purchased had to be brought in from Kawasaki and came all the way from Vancouver. As soon as GRPS was informed of a minor delay in receiving the bike they immediately contacted me to keep me posted, then as soon as my bike was at the dealership I was promptly informed and Brandie even emailed me a photo of the uncrating... This is above and beyond what I could ask for, amazing service!I live in Burlington and there are a few closer Kawasaki dealerships in my area but I always make the trek even if it's only for an oil change. I refuse to go anywhere else but GRPS! Keep up the great work!

I went in to buy a helmet and during my time in the store, I was approached by three staff members asking if I needed any help or had any questions. I thought that was wonderful because I'm not the type of person to ask for help. Nowadays when you walk into a store it seems the staff just ignores you unless you approach them. I walked out of Grand River Power Sports with some new knowledge and a helmet that fits properly. I'll absolutely return for any other accessories I need in the future.

After hearing nothing but good things from a friend, I purchased a quad here and am very impressed with the outstanding customer service from the Service Manager, Mark. He was very helpful throughout the process and continues to be helpful when I have a question or need to bring it in for service. Mark is also very knowledgeable when it comes to parts and accessories. I won't shop anywhere else now that I have purchased here!

I just recently bought my first motorcycle through GRPS a month ago. I bought new 2014 Ninja 300 Special Edition in green, which amounted to nothing less then a dream first bike. The sales representative I dealt with was Brandie, and I don't have a single word of criticism for her. I have a background in sales, and must admit she did a fantastic job. All of my many questions were adequately answered and when she was unsure of an answer she connected me with the individual in the shop who was able to answer best. They conveniently allowed me to return to pick the bike up after I completed the motorcycle training course, which was not an option I was given at other local shops. I would also like to add that one of the service technicians I spoke with, Andy was his name, was very polite and informative. He even offered myself some more personal advice on insurance recommendations, which in my eyes is above and beyond any "expectations". In my initial review I mentioned how I was disappointed with the price I thought I received for the bike's first service. Let me clear up any confusion and say that this was a big misunderstanding. I spoke with Chris on the telephone, and he more than adequately rectified EVERY one of my concerns. You guys appear to be one of the few business' left that truly take pride in your customer satisfaction. Chris, all of your assistance, clarification and most importantly effort was and is very appreciated, and I would like you to know that it does not go unnoticed. I will continue to support your business for *knock on wood* many more years of riding. I recommend Grand River Power Sports to anyone looking to get involved in the addictive motorcycle world, whether you are new or a seasoned rider. Their team seems to be comprised of top notch staff.
